I worked with Senior Engineer Operation of (PTCL) for Installation and Troubleshooting of ISP setup in remote stations of Paknet Islamabad. First time Paknet start Wireless-LAN solution for corporate users have a lot of experience in it, I installed Wireless-LAN setup in many corporate.

I was responsible for operating Billing system and Radius for remote stations. Maintain LAN of Operation Department.

I also worked in (Customer Service Centers) of Paknet Ltd. in many remote stations. Also worked on Help Desk of Paknet Islamabad to solve the technical problems of Internet users.
Troubleshooting of Customers problems mostly dial up problems, setting up Modems through their initialization strings so that Modems can cater with Noisy Lines.
